1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and organization name. When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including: tasks created, deployment activity, and feature usage. This data is used to improve the Service.

Code and Specifications

We process the specifications, code, and repository data you provide to the Service in order to deliver functionality. This data is processed in real time and not used to train AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, communicate with you about your account, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service (Supabase, Fly.io, Vercel, Cloudflare), and as required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on all database tables, and credential isolation between tenants.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your account. We retain usage data for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent for optional processing.

7. Analytics

We use a first-party analytics system to understand how visitors interact with our website. This system is self-hosted on our own infrastructure — no third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) are used. We collect: pages visited, time spent on each page, scroll depth, click interactions, mouse movement zones, screen and viewport dimensions, browser language, timezone, and referring URL. For geographic segmentation, we resolve your IP address to country, state, and city using a server-side lookup. Your raw IP address is never stored — only a one-way hash is retained. A persistent anonymous visitor identifier is stored in your browser's localStorage to distinguish return visits. This identifier contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you. All analytics data is stored in our own Supabase database and is never shared with third parties.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email.
